Program Coordinator – Safe Parking Oceanside
The Safe Parking Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, implementing, and coordinating a variety of activities related to the Safe Parking Program that serves individuals living in a vehicle. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Program Manager, and partnering agencies to ensure project goals are met and accomplished. The Coordinator is responsible for daily program operations.

Delivery Driver
The delivery driver will be responsible for delivering meals, prepared and cooked by the Dreams Cuisine team. These meals will need to be delivered to several locations, depending on the day and type of meal being delivered.

Dreams for Change is looking for an experience program coordinator for the Safe Sleeping Program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, implementing, and coordinating a variety of activities and general oversight of staff and site. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Program Manager, Program Assistant Manager and partnering agencies to ensure project goals are met and accomplished. The Coordinator is responsible for daily program operations.

Program Manager Safe Parking Program
The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to administer DFC’s Safe Parking program. Under the leadership of the Director of Programs, this position will collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and sustainable results.

Dreams For Change is seeking a full-time Human Resource Specialist for an in person position. Under the supervision of the Director of Business Operations, the Human Resources Specialist will work closely with the Director on employee onboarding, personnel files, employee issues/concerns, staff parties, filing, compliance.

Case Manager – Oceanside Safe Parking
The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals for participants within the Safe Parking Program. This is a part-time position with typical working hours 6:00-10:00 p.m. five evenings a week equating to approximately 20 hours a week.

Case Manager – Safe Sleeping
The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals for participants within the DFC homeless service programs of either Safe Parking or Safe Sleeping. Multiple positions available with both first and second shift. Part-time positions are second shift.

Case Manager – Grantville Safe Parking
Dreams for Change is seeking a dedicated and qualified Case Manager to support our Safe Parking Program under a one-year contract with San Diego County. This position will serve individuals experiencing homelessness by providing case management services that include advocacy, information and referrals in support of housing readiness for participants within the Safe Parking Program.
The Case Manager will work in close collaboration with the San Diego County Office of Homeless Solutions to help participants access critical services and transition to stable housing. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) role, including off site hours and on site hours at the Safe Parking site.

Schedule – Tuesday – Saturday 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
