Dreams for Change (DFC) is seeking qualified candidates for a lead cook position. The lead cook works within the Dreams For Change Workforce program. The Lead Cook will be supporting the food truck with cooking/preparing 300+ meals a day. The Lead Cook will also be responsible for training and supervising up to 5-6 participants/trainees from the workforce program. Meal service is generally dinner service 7 days a week and lunch service 4-5 days a week with occasional events.This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.

The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals for participants within the DFC homeless service programs of either Safe Parking or Safe Sleeping. Multiple positions available with both first and second shift. Part-time positions are second shift.

Dreams for Change is seeking a dedicated and qualified Case Manager to support our County-funded Safe Parking Program in El Cajon. The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals in support of housing readiness for participants within the Safe Parking Program. The Case Manager will work in close collaboration with the San Diego County Office of Homeless Solutions to help participants access critical services and transition to stable housing. This position is full-time (40 hours) from 1:00pm-9:30pm five evenings a week. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.
