Site Patrol Field Supervisor
Dreams for Change (DfC) is seeking a qualified candidate to provide field supervision for the Site Patrol Team. The Site Patrol Field Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the Site Patrol team including training, supporting, and monitoring staff’s work performance. Qualified candidates must model an excellent example of the Site Patrol staff in regard to punctuality, excellent communication skills, understanding and performance of work responsibilities, providing relevant feedback on how the various sites are performing, problem solving, and working collaboratively with the various departments at Dreams for Change. The Field Supervisor reports directly to the Site Patrol Supervisor. This is a full-time job during Overnight Hours (11:30pm to 8:00am) from Thursday through Monday. The qualified candidate will have reliable transportation.

Case Manager – Safe Sleeping
The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals for participants within the DFC homeless service programs of either Safe Parking or Safe Sleeping. Multiple positions available with both first and second shift. Part-time positions are second shift.

Housing Navigator – El Cajon Safe Parking
The Housing Navigator is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals, and housing navigation assistance for participants within the Safe Parking Program. The Housing Navigator will work in close collaboration with the San Diego County Office of Homeless Solutions to help participants access critical services and transition to stable housing. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-9:30pm.

Case Manager – Bancroft Safe Parking
Dreams for Change is seeking a dedicated and qualified Case Manager to support our County-funded Safe Parking Program in Spring Valley. The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals in support of housing readiness for participants within the Safe Parking Program. The Case Manager will work in close collaboration with the San Diego County Office of Homeless Solutions to help participants access critical services and transition to stable housing. This position is full-time (40 hours) from 1:00pm-9:30pm five evenings a week. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Case Manager – Grantville Safe Parking
Dreams for Change is seeking a dedicated and qualified Case Manager to support our Safe Parking Program under a one-year contract with San Diego County. This position will serve individuals experiencing homelessness by providing case management services that include advocacy, information and referrals in support of housing readiness for participants within the Safe Parking Program.
The Case Manager will work in close collaboration with the San Diego County Office of Homeless Solutions to help participants access critical services and transition to stable housing. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) role, including off site hours and on site hours at the Safe Parking site from 5:30pm-9:30pm. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.

The Case Manager is responsible for providing advocacy, information and referrals for participants within the Dreams’ Cuisine Workforce Development report. This is a full-time position providing case management services to trainees’ participating in the program.

Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator (full-time) is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, implementing, and coordinating volunteers for Dreams for Change with a primary focus on the Volunteer Income Tax Program.
