Responsibilities
- General oversight of integrating program operations, activities, staff, interns and volunteers
- Assist with tracking program outcomes
- Work collaboratively with outside organizations to support mutual clients
- Attend community meetings
- Develop community partners to support program needs
- Facilitate case consultation meetings across program staff to facilitate inter-agency communication and goals
- Support in collecting and reporting outcomes and demographic data across programs
- Assist with contract compliance
- Supervise appropriate program staff
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Human Services or similar degree, or related field experience required.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in coordinating program services
- Demonstrates good judgment and has the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Be driven to succeed, organized, proactive, innovative, responsible, assertive, and flexible
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the capacity to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Must be able to work collaboratively with staff, program partners and volunteers
- Must possess a solid understanding of data collection and program evaluation
- Must possess a valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record
